In Louisa County Court Clerks Office, September the 8.th 1831
Susan Daughter of Louisa, emancipated by the last Will and Testament of Richard Sandidge dec.d of record in the said office, this day made application to be registered according to Law. It is therefore certified to all whom it may concern, that the said Susan is a girl about five feet two inches high, about sixteen years old, of a light black complexion has a scar on the neck on the right side a little below the ear, no other apparent mark or scar deemed worthy of notice.
